Tertangkap Basah Merekap Judi Togel dan Kim, Seorang Pria di Pujud Masuk Sel

ROHIL, SUARAPERSADA.com – Berlin Sijabat (46) ditangkap petugas kepolisian dari sektor Pujud karena kedapatan sedang menulis atau merekap toto gelap alias judi togel. Pria paru baya ini ditangkap petugas dirumahnya di Km 02 Dalam Desa Jadi Mulia 2 Dusun Sei Meranti Tanjung Medan bersama barang bukti.
Informasi dihimpun dari Kabag Humas Polres Rohil AKP Jusli SH mengatakan penangkapan terhadap pelapor dilakukan berdasarkan laporan dari masyarakat, Minggu tanggal 11 November 2018 sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB bahwa dirumah terlapor sering dijadikan tempat tindak pidana (TP) perjudian jenis togel dan kim.
Atas perintah Kapolsek setempat kemudian Tim Opsnal Pujud meluncur ke TKP guna melakukan penyelidikan. Pada pukul 21.45 WIB Tim Opnal tiba dirumah terlapor dan kedapatan sedang menulis sebuah catatan.
Setelah dilakukan interogasi, dihadapan petugas terlapor mengaku sedang menulis rekapan nomor judi jenis togel. Petugas langsung mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti berupa uang tunai senilai Rp. 26.000.
2 unit HP merek Nokia yang berisikan pesan singkat bukti tindak pidana pemesan dan pengiriman nomor togel, 2 buah buku tafsir mimpi yang berisikan nomor togel, 2 buah pena, 1 buah buku tulis yang berisikan rekapan nomor togel, dan 1 buah buku ekspedisi yang berisikan tindak pidana judi jenis togel dan kim.
“Atas peristiwa itu tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan petugas kepolisian sektor Pujud untuk dilakukan pengusutan lebih lanjut,” sebut AKP Jusli SH kepada Wartawan, Selasa 13 November 2018 melalui whatsapp grup Polres Rohil.**(Man)
